The year in review, from footage nobody remembers shooting.

Twelve months of events, launches and phone clips, across four drives and a shared folder.

Every December brings the same request: a short film of what we did this year. The footage exists, scattered across the year's projects, in every format a camera can write.

Remembering what's in there is half the work. Finding it is the other half.

Endroll with a cut open: the picture on top, every shot below it with the words spoken in it.
The cut reads top to bottom — picture, then the words that go with it.
01

Bring the year into one place

Point Endroll at the folders. Camera originals, phone clips and old interviews are indexed side by side, on your machine.

02

Search by what you remember

A phrase from the CEO's speech, the launch stage, people laughing — search finds the shot by what was said or what is in the frame. Star the ones you want.

03

Draft the film

Write the year in a few lines, or draft from your starred moments. Endroll's AI builds the cut from what you shot, with music from your folder underneath. A month with no footage is left out and named, not faked.

Search the picture, not the filenames

Filter the whole archive by scene, speech, shot size or people, so 'every wide shot of the team' is a filter, not an afternoon.

Endroll is one editor, read top to bottom: the film is a list of shots, each carrying the line spoken in it. You don't need to be an editor to read that — and if you are one, the cut opens in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.

Titles and lower thirds are part of the shot, not a layer bolted on after.
