Five people who like their jobs. One reason to apply.

Interviews in the meeting room, an afternoon of the office, a hiring push next month.

HR wants a recruitment video before the hiring push. You filmed five people talking about their work and an afternoon of the office, and every one of them said something good.

Finding those parts in two hours of interviews is the job nobody has scheduled.

Endroll with a cut open: the picture on top, every shot below it with the words spoken in it.
The cut reads top to bottom — picture, then the words that go with it.
01

Index the interviews and the office together

Every answer is transcribed and every shot described on your machine, so 'why I stayed' and the whiteboard session are both one search away.

02

Write what a candidate should hear

Who we are, what the work is like, why people stay. Or press Write the script for me: Endroll's AI writes it from what your people actually said, and the cut follows it.

03

Swap a take, keep the cut

Prefer how she said it the second time? Alternative takes of the same line sit side by side, and one click swaps it in without touching the rest of the film.

Names and roles, under the right face

A lower third puts a name and a role over the person speaking, and captions move above it so the two never overlap. Every line on screen was said by the person whose name is under it — the AI does not write new ones.

Endroll is one editor, read top to bottom: the film is a list of shots, each carrying the line spoken in it. You don't need to be an editor to read that — and if you are one, the cut opens in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.

Titles and lower thirds are part of the shot, not a layer bolted on after.
