Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Who we are
Endroll is operated by RagingRam Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (Business ID 2944344-6, registered office Jermunkuja 13, 08700 Lohja, Finland) (“Endroll”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@endroll.ai or by phone at +358 40 190 9204. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or using the Endroll software, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Endroll is an AI-assisted video editor. It consists of (a) software that runs on your own computer and indexes, edits and renders your video footage locally, (b) a browser interface for controlling it, and (c) AI-powered features that run through our servers and consume credits. Those features are script writing, automated cutting, and generated supporting assets — an image, a short clip, a synthetic voice-over or a sound effect — used to fill gaps in your own material. Section 8 sets out what you may not generate.
3. Accounts
You need an account to purchase and use credits. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login and paired devices secure, and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person (or one seat within a team plan); accounts are not transferable.
4. Orders, billing and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment-related customer service and returns, and determines and collects applicable taxes (such as VAT) at checkout; where prices are shown as tax-inclusive, the amount you see is the amount you pay. Purchases are also subject to the reseller’s buyer terms, which are presented to you at checkout.
Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance, the new price applies no earlier than your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Credits
- Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance. Unused monthly allowance credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
- Credits are consumed by AI-powered operations only. Local editing, indexing and rendering never consume credits.
- When your balance reaches zero, credit-consuming features pause until your allowance renews or you upgrade your plan. Local editing keeps working.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Endroll software for editing your own video projects for the duration of your subscription. You may not:
- distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software or any part of it;
- decompile, reverse engineer or translate the software except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law (including interoperability provisions);
- remove or circumvent credit, licensing or identification mechanisms;
- use the software to develop a competing product.
7. Your content
Your footage and the videos you produce with Endroll are yours. We claim no ownership of your material or your output. The software processes your media files locally on your machine; only control requests — prompts, transcripts, text digests of your footage and small preview stills — are sent to our servers for the AI features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the footage, music and other material you edit with Endroll, and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
Endroll edits footage you already own. Some plans also include generated supporting assets— an illustrative image, a short clip, a synthetic voice-over or a sound effect — to fill a gap where your own material doesn’t cover a beat in the script. Endroll is not a general-purpose content generator: it cannot produce a video from a prompt alone, and it does not download, scrape or import material from third-party services.
You may not use Endroll to create, or attempt to create:
- sexual or pornographic content of any kind;
- any depiction of a minor in a sexual context — we report and permanently ban this without notice;
- deepfakes, face swaps, or a synthetic likeness of a real person, or anything that impersonates a real person or organisation;
- a clone or imitation of a real person’s voice. Endroll offers no voice cloning: text-to-speech uses stock voices only, and you cannot upload a voice sample;
- material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights, or that circumvents another service’s terms;
- synthetic footage presented as a real event, or any claim about a real person or organisation that did not happen.
We screen generation prompts automatically and reject those matching the categories above. Screening runs before your credits are charged, so a rejected prompt costs you nothing. Repeated or deliberate attempts to get around it are a material breach of these terms and we may suspend the account under section 12.
You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other material you bring into Endroll, and for how you use what you make with it.
9. Ownership
The Endroll software, its architecture, prompts, models, and documentation are the property of RagingRam Oy. These terms grant you a right to use the software; they do not transfer any intellectual property to you.
10. Early access
Endroll is under active development. Features, credit consumption rates and plan contents may change as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes to paying customers in advance. If a change materially degrades a service you have paid for, you may terminate your subscription and receive a proportional refund for the remaining period, as provided by EU rules on digital content and services.
11. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the software is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, nothing in these terms limits your statutory remedies for a lack of conformity of digital content or services, or your other statutory consumer rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms (including circumventing credit mechanisms, or the acceptable-use rules in section 8). Sections 6–9 and 11 survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time for valid reasons, such as changes in law, in our services or in payment processing. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country you live in. If a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us, consumers in Finland can contact the Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta) and refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers in other EU/EEA countries can use the alternative dispute resolution body of their own country.
